Submit 2 photos (May be glitz, natural or enhanced)
Submit 1 photo that is your favorite.. (Personality photo)
Submit simple paragraph explaining "What does beauty mean to
you?"  (small children may have parents help)

Judging based on overall impression, beauty, personality photo
and paragraph answer.
